Experiencing trouble?

 

If you are experiencing trouble with any aspect of your Frontier service, the fastest way to receive prompt and attentive care is by submitting what we call a trouble ticket to the proper department. When you submit a trouble ticket, you will need the following information readily available so we can respond appropriately:

 

  • Account type (business or residential)

  • Billing account number or circuit ID number (when applicable)

  • Description of the trouble

  • Local contact name and number (our technician will need to contact you when they are dispatched to help you on your ticket)
